8 step :
1. Click+Right at My Computer
2. Select the Properties
3. Select the Device Manager in System Properties
4. See the Ports (COM & LPT)
5. Click(+) at Ports (COM & LPT)
6. Duoble click the Communication Port (COM)
7. Click tab at the Port Settings
8. In Bits per second you will see number 9600.Select number 115200
